What’s the difference between generic and brand medicines?
In reality, there is no difference, but big pharma pays to market their products and therefore hike their prices to make up for their marketing cost.
What are payment methods accepted?
We accept Western Union, Moneygram, Bitcoin, Zelle and Credit Card (sometimes).
Why is credit card processing need another 20 percent extra charge?
Due to the nature of the business, card processing company charges us extra to use their services.
Why are Western Union and Moneygram receivers in countries like India and Bangladesh?
Most generic medicines are made in India; India is known to be the premiere hub for generic medication in the world.
What is the turnaround time?
US domestic turn around time is about 4 to 5 days. International to US is about 20 days. European to Europe is about 10 days. European to US is about 15 to 20 days.
What if my item is seized?
If your item is seized, it will reflect on the tracking and you may receive a letter of seizure. Nothing will happen to you and we will resend.
Is there a high chance my item will be seized?
No, the chance of seizure is below 3 percent.
Can I get a refund?
Once we dispatch an item, we don’t issue refunds, but if the item arrives damaged or seized, we can offer a refund only via Bitcoin though.
When will I get tracking?
Tracking will be out within 72 hours (not including weekends and vacations)
